CSP Today has just released a series of video podcasts focussing on the potential of the various emerging markets in CSP. The first video podcast analyses information and data on CSP in India accompanied by a discussion that analyses the potential of the region for CSP.

Known as ‘CSP Today Viewpoints’, these discussions include up-to-date data on each market plus analysis on the strategies that companies hoping to be successful in these lucrative markets should employ. These discussions are led by CSP Today Founder & Director, Belen Gallego, along with Editor Carlos Márquez.

In recent months countries such as India, China, South Africa, Australia or Saudi Arabia have been hitting the headlines as the ‘new markets’ to look at in terms of CSP potential. But many strategic, regulatory and technical questions remain: How much do we know about the long-term potential of these markets and which are here to stay? Is tower, trough or Fresnel the right technology for a particular region? Are local suppliers the way forward for your component selection?

Covering many of the hottest markets for the CSP industry today, ‘CSP Today Viewpoints’ will analyze these and more other questions in a series of 15 minutes discussions with Belén Gallego and Carlos Márquez over the coming weeks. The data used during these digestible debates has been extracted from the recently released (25th June) CSP Markets Report 2012-2013.

The data in this report was collected through surveys and in-depth interviews with over 100 CSP industry senior executives throughout 2012. The data was analyzed by independent experts and complemented with information from the most relevant secondary sources available.
